PH Luxury Stays, based in Philadelphia, PA, is a premier hospitality company offering both short-term and mid-term rental experiences in multiple markets. While our roots are in Philly, our mission is to provide luxurious, home-like stays that help guests feel like locals no matter where they are.
Our properties cater to a wide range of needs, from spacious accommodations for group trips to stylish retreats for business travelers and families. We also specialize in mid-term rentals, making us an ideal choice for corporate travelers, medical professionals, and those in the education sector. We are Gabe and Jon, great friends and Philadelphia natives. We all spend a lot of time traveling and love meeting new people from all walks of life and different cultures. When at home in Philly we are always on the lookout for new restaurants and bars to try out, hitting Sixers, Eagles, Flyers, and Phillies games, and exploring some new and ever-changing neighborhoods in our city. Since we caught the travel bug, we have started hosting great guests and getting to know new friends from all over the world.

Loved this condo!! Plenty of space to hang out, great view, easy access to pool and hot tub, short walk to the beach. You can pretty much walk to grocery store and several restaurants, but it’s also very quiet neighborhood when you are ready to relax. Tom was also very responsive and accomplished as a host! There was plenty of basics in the condo such as soap, toiletries, toilet paper, towels etc. We really enjoyed our stay!
We enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect. Apartment was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We would return.
This was our second visit and was as great as the first! Beautiful room, very clean and great view. Martin was quick to respond to any questions. This is our spot for when we need a quick trip away from home.
We found this great little condo for the holiday season. It was a great location on the beach within walking distance to the ferris wheel and restaurants/bars. Parking is on the floor of the condo so you park and walk in to the condo. Great location!
Martin has a lovely place that had everything we needed and perfect views. It was super clean and great for our kids. We would love to stay again.
