We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by a local guest. - **Age Requirement:** Guests must be **25 years or older** to book. - **Trip Insurance:** We highly recommend purchasing **trip cancellation/interruption insurance** to cover emergencies, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. **No refunds or exceptions** outside our stated cancellation policy will be granted unless there is a mandatory evacuation in the area.
